Willer’s Casual Dining was established in 2004 and began as many entrepreneurial ventures do, out of pure passion. Scott and Kay Willer had only dreamed of owning their own family-style restaurant until an opportunity arose that transformed that dream into a full fledged reality. Willer's at the Brooke opened its doors on Friday, August 20th, 2004  for supper Friday and Saturday evenings, with the eventual addition of a Sunday brunch. Over the years many long hours, a loyal patron following and quality entrees cooked with love, have allowed the restaurant to flourish into a full time operation known today as Willer’s Casual Dining in downtown Phillipsburg.
